Why Join Riverside Health:
- Riverside has a long-standing community mission focused on caring for patients “as we would care for those we love,” which many employees find meaningful
- Rich surgical case mix and opportunities to maintain or grow high-level operative skills — including trauma and complex cardiothoracic cases
- Team support including ICU intensivists and APPs, helping distribute clinical workload efficiently
- Access to modern EMR systems (Epic) and contemporary clinical infrastructure
- Riverside emphasizes that providers have a voice, opportunities to lead, and a chance to influence clinical practice — rather than feeling like “just a number.” Offers a collegial physician environment — surgeons and other specialists often report strong mutual respect among peers and support from leadership. There is multidisciplinary teamwork across specialties (anesthesia, ICU, nursing, advanced practice providers) which enhances your surgical practice and patient care coordination.
