Description
BREWER II
Legion Brewing is hiring a Brewer II to join our production team. This is a hands-on role for an experienced brewer who can operate independently across the full brewing process—from grain to glass—while helping drive consistency and quality across every batch.
What you’ll do:
Execute brewhouse operations independently (milling, mashing, boiling, knockout)
Manage cellaring processes, including fermentation, dry hopping, transfers, and carbonation
Maintain strict sanitation standards (CIP) and follow all SOPs
Prepare beer for packaging and support packaging operations as needed
Identify and respond to quality issues to ensure the product stays within spec
This role requires a flexible schedule, including early mornings, occasional weekends, and physical production work.
At Legion, we don’t silo roles—our brewers are expected to operate across the full process and support the team wherever needed. You’ll be expected to work independently, communicate clearly, and take ownership of your work.
If you’re a reliable, detail-oriented brewer who consistently executes and wants to be part of a team focused on doing things the right way, we’d like to meet you.
