Description
BREWER 1
Legion Brewing is hiring a Brewer 1 to join our production team. This is a hands-on role where you’ll support the brewing process from grain to glass—learning how great beer is made while contributing to a team that takes quality seriously.
What you’ll do:
Assist with brewing and cellaring tasks (milling, transfers, dry hopping, etc.)
Execute cleaning and sanitation (CIP) to strict standards
Support packaging and ensure beer is ready for release
Follow SOPs and help maintain consistent, high-quality production
This role requires a flexible schedule, including early mornings, occasional weekends, and physical production work.
At Legion, we don’t silo roles—our brewers are trained across the full process so the team can operate consistently and support each other. You’ll be expected to learn quickly, pay attention to detail, and take pride in doing things the right way.
If you’re reliable, coachable, and want to build a career in brewing, we’d like to meet you.
Pay: $19–$21/hour based on experience
