About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager for a global media company in Japan. You will lead complex software implementation and professional-services projects across Asia.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end software implementation projects in Japan, China, and Korea
• Define scope, schedule, risks, and stakeholder communication
• Lead workshops, gather/validate requirements, and deliver training
• Provide local team leadership and support
• Create project plans, cost estimates, and risk mitigation plans

Requirements

• 5-10 years of project management in enterprise software implementation
• Knowledge of supply chain, logistics, trade management, or ERP
• Native-level Japanese & strong English
• Bachelor's degree in IT/Computer Science/Finance or similar
• PMP preferred; multinational experience desirable
