Our practice emphasizes professionalism, preparation, and client-centered advocacy. We are expanding and seeking an experienced family law attorney to join our team.

We are seeking a Florida-licensed Family Law Attorney with 5–10 years of experience preferred to manage an active caseload and represent clients in contested and non-contested family law matters. This role is ideal for a motivated attorney who is confident in court, strong in legal writing, and capable of independently handling cases from intake through resolution.

        Divorce and dissolution of marriage

        Child custody and time-sharing

        Child support and alimony

        Post-judgment modifications and enforcement

        Temporary relief hearings and mediations

        Trial preparation and courtroom advocacy

        Active member in good standing with The Florida Bar

        Family law experience required

        Trial experience required

        Strong legal research, writing, and drafting skills

        Ability to manage cases independently and meet deadlines

        Professional demeanor with clients, opposing counsel, and the court

        5–10 years of Florida family law experience

        Spanish-speaking preferred

        Prior experience handling contested family law matters

        Strong courtroom presence and litigation confidence

  Base Salary Range: $110,000 – $150,000 annually, commensurate with experience

  Performance Bonus Opportunities based on one or more of the following:

–  Percentage of collected fees on assigned matters

–  Quarterly or annual case resolution benchmarks

–  Exceptional performance in contested hearings or trials
