Description
The Atlanta office of Fisher Phillips seeks to hire a Business Immigration Associate to join our dynamic and rapidly growing team. Fisher Phillips is a leading international employment law firm with more than 40 offices around the U.S., in addition to offices in Mexico and Japan.
All candidates are welcome to apply. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of business immigration experience with nonimmigrant visas (H, L, E, TN, O and RFEs), all immigrant visa types (EB-1, EB-2, EB-3, PERM, I-140, I-130, I-485), and immigration compliance (I-9 audits). We are looking for the next team member to join our community, someone who thrives in a collaborative work environment and has a growth mindset.
Typical day-to-day opportunities include working as part of a team handling a wide array of workplace immigration matters. You will work with clients on various matters, and you will have the opportunity to educate clients to guide them through challenging moments with their immigration matters. Qualifications:
- Three years of business immigration experience.
- Ability to manage multiple projects with varying deadlines and time demands.
- Strong academic credentials.
