We are seeking an experienced Trust & Estate Litigation Attorney to join our team in Fort Myers or Naples, Florida. This role offers significant growth potential, including the opportunity for a well-qualified candidate to take over a highly successful practice within a few years. The position focuses primarily on trust and estate litigation, along with handling wills, trusts, estate, and guardianship administration, with limited involvement in estate planning. Candidates must have at least 3–5+ years of direct experience, be admitted to the Florida Bar, and preferably be graduates of a Top 50 law school (per 2025 U.S. News & World Report), with class rank included on the resume if within 10 years of graduation. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, driven, and committed to ethical practice, and is interested in living and becoming part of the Southwest Florida community. We offer competitive compensation, with a starting salary of $130,000–$185,000 depending on experience, for a full-time, in-person position requiring approximately 50 hours per week. Benefits include paid time off and health insurance (both eligible after 90 days), paid holidays, and retirement options such as a 401(k) with matching, profit sharing, and a defined benefit plan. Candidates must hold a J.D., be licensed to practice in Florida, and be computer literate, with at least 3 years of experience (4–10 years preferred). A Tax LL.M. is a plus due to the complexity and high value of the trust matters handled.
