Description

Responsibilities
  • Supporting deal execution from initial setup to completion
  • Monitoring existing investments and fund operations
  • Managing events such as transitions, restructurings, or closures
  • Applying a strong understanding of fund mechanics and documentation
  • Overseeing fund operations and transaction workflows
  • Handling cash movements, FX activities, settlements, and transfer agency matters
  • Preparing reports and key operational metrics


Requirements
  • Degree in Business, Finance, Accountancy, or related discipline
  • Possess strong accounting knowledge
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in private assets, fund operations, or similar roles
  • Strong command of written and spoken English, with solid Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills
