Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end product renewal and expansion to existing clients (from all products).
• Working closely with internal team to create and execute marketing campaigns to boost product expansion & renewal.
• Conduct product demonstrations to existing clients if necessary.
• Continually gather feedback from our clients, then work directly with our product team to provide input on the product roadmap.
• Handle administrative duties e.g. the renewal emails, quotations, invoices, and weekly report.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree from any major.
• Min 2 years of experience as Account Executive/Account Manager or related roles in SaaS/Tech company.
• Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools (Microsoft & Gsuite).
• Comfortable and confident speaking to mid-level and senior executives.
• Excellent problem solving & analytical skills.
• Able to multitask & good time management.
• Fluent in verbal and written English.
• Continuously updated with current business trends.
• Able to work under pressure.
