This is private practice done right, with a 35,000 square foot facility, 14 APPs across multiple sites, and a call rotation that is genuinely manageable.
Practice Details
- Independent 16-physician group spanning general, interventional, and EP cardiology with 14 APPs across the main office and satellite clinics
- 35,000 sq ft facility with on-site CT, echo, nuclear, vascular, and X-ray, plus 30 exam rooms, 4 outpatient procedure rooms, and cloud-based PACS
- Physician-led practice with a strong focus on efficiency, autonomy, and long-term growth
- Average clinic volume of 18 to 20 patients per full clinic day
Schedule
- Monday through Friday clinic schedule
- Shared call rotation of 1:5 until 10 p.m. with call center support overnight
- Weekend call shared 1:5 with APP support and inpatient service at 1:10
Compensation & Benefits
- Starting salary of $600,000, increasing to $625,000 after two years with shareholder opportunity and additional income potential thereafter
- 30 days PTO growing to 40 days as a partner, plus holidays
