Join an established, award-winning community practice in Iowa with immediate patient demand and strong clinical support. We are seeking a BC/BE Family Medicine physician to join our growing team.

• 100% outpatient primary care
• No weekends unless you'd like to pick up urgent care shifts (not required)
• Epic EMR
• Day-one volume driven by rapid growth of young families in the area
• Diverse patient panel
• Team of 6 MDs/DOs
• 1 RN/LPN and 1 MA per provider
• 35 APPs (Iowa is an independent practice state)
• 4-day workweek with built-in and remote admin time
• 7-8 weeks PTO
• Part-time option

• HPSA score: 7
• New grads and experienced candidates considered

Compensation and Benefits
• Base salary: $300,000-$400,000 (experience-based)
• Production bonus ($12,000 - $120,000 annually)
• In addition to base salary and volume bonuses, Primary Care providers are eligible for a quality incentive paid twice per year, rewarding strong clinical outcomes, not just volume
• No cap on earnings
• Sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, CE, student loan repayment
